Jakarta, January 4 2024 – A video circulated showing members of the DKI Jakarta Transportation Service or Transportation Agency climbing onto the hood of a Toyota Avanza, and then it went viral.

But suddenly several officers stopped the car and asked the driver to get out. They even carried out violent actions, such as hitting the rearview mirror and trying to open the door but to no avail.
Officers also asked drivers to direct their cars to the side of the road, so as not to block the traffic of other vehicles.
But then the driver stepped on the gas pedal, causing the Transportation Agency officer in front to climb onto the hood and be carried away for several kilometers.
The video received various responses, including from the Chairman of the MPR, Bambang Soesatyo, who uploaded the video on his personal Instagram account.

There were also netizens who explained the chronology of the incident, where initially the car driver was said to have been going back and forth on that route while carrying out actions that were considered insulting to the officers.
