The Ministry of Labor (Kemnaker) has just issued the Regulation of the Minister of Labor (Permenaker) Number 18 of 2022 concerning the Determination Minimum salary Year 2023. The regulation states that the increase in the minimum wage (UM) for 2023 is a maximum of 10%.
The regulation explains that the adjustment to the value of the minimum wage for 2023 is calculated using the formula for calculating the minimum wage considering the variables of economic growth, inflation and some indices.
