“DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office Provides Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccines to Health Workers During World Immunization Week 2023”

The DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office Together with PT Kalventis Sinergi Farma and the PB PAPDI Adult Immunization Task Force Provide Quadrivalent Influenza Vaccines to More Than 600 Health Workers in the Context of World Immunization Week 2023

The activity took place on Thursday (11/5-2023) in the 12th Floor Hall of the Pasar Minggu Hospital, Jalan TB Simatupang, South Jakarta.

As a resource person, Acting Head of DKI Jakarta Health Service, drg. Ani Ruspitawati, MM, Head of Pasar Minggu Hospital dr. Fify Mulyani, MARS, PAPDI Adult Immunization Task Force Prof. Dr. dr. Samsuridjal Djauzi, SpPD, K-AI, and President Director of Kalventis Ridwan Ong.

In his remarks Plt. Head of DKI Jakarta Health Service drg. Ani Ruspitawati, MM said the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office appreciates all parties who have played an active role in supporting efforts to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and educating the people in DKI Jakarta about the importance of vaccination.

“We must be able to recognize the risk of transmission of the influenza virus together so that it does not become a problem for the health of ourselves, our families and the community,” he said in the event.

According to him, one of the preventions that can be done is to make efforts to increase understanding regarding Clean and Healthy Behavior.

“Apart from that, prevention related to the influenza virus also has an option that is highly recommended by Internal Medicine Experts, namely influenza immunization,” said Ani.

In closing, drg. Ani added that going forward, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Health Office will also continue to be committed and always open to collaboration with various parties in efforts to support the prevention and control of infectious diseases both due to influenza viruses and other viruses.
