DKI Acting Governor Heru Budi Hartono admitted waiving the rent Susun Bayam village (KSB) to PT Jakarta Propertindo (JakPro). He admitted that he has no problem with the price offered by JakPro.

It is known, JakPro offers a rental price of around IDR 750-765 thousand. According to him, there is no problem with the rate if it has been considered.
“If Rp. 750 thousand is a policy for calculating treatment, and others are considered so, then go ahead,” he said.
Previously, residents were potential residents Susun Bayam village requires JakPro and DKI provincial government to provide occupancy keys immediately. Apart from that, the residents are asking for the rental price of Kampung Susun Bayam to be around IDR 200,000.

“What is clear is that we look in the mirror from the flat villages in the Aquarium and in Kunir it is Rp. 34 thousand and we have added other things in the range of Rp. 200 thousand. The hope is that our reference is the same as the Aquarium apartment .But our priority is how to get into the apartment “Rent prices can be discussed again,” he said.

PT Jakarta Propertindo (JakPro) stated the rental price Susun Bayam village near Jakarta International Stadium (JIS) in accordance with Governor’s Regulation No. 55 of 2018. JakPro says the highest rate for the apartment is IDR 765 thousand per month.

The tariff for Kampung Susun Bayam is included in the scheduled category with the tower building type with the highest tariff of IDR 765 thousand per month. Syachrial said some of the potential occupants have accepted the tariff.
“Yes +/- 765 thousand. Some accept, others are still thinking about it,” he said.
