Djibril Cissé’s pronounced call to two L1 clubs

Although retired since 2015 and an experience at Sporting Bastia, the French striker Djibril Cissé (38 years old) wants to put on his crampons. The former Auxerre and Liverpool player has been stuck at 96 goals in Ligue 1 during his career and would like to register four more in order to reach the famous 100 goals mark. A personal challenge that he intends to meet and for that, he does not hesitate to make it known.

Questioned by Europe 1, the winner of the 2005 Champions League notably sent a message to Nîmes Olympique and Dijon FCO: “Before AJ Auxerre, I started at the Nîmes Olympique, the circle would be complete. There is also Dijon FCO, I have respect for all the clubs, it would be a great gesture on their part. “ Anyway, Djibril Cissé does not lack determination.
