EDIT5:
Notice, I now understand why everything is so unclear.
It seems that the provision of information from the government is not yet watertight and not everything can be answered yet.
To avoid confusion, we better follow this article:
https: //www.dronewatch.nl…ver-europese-drone rules/
There has recently been a webinar explaining regulations.
When I also read from a colleague tweaker that new rules are being implemented today, we have to wait for the actual rules + the FAQ that they are going to put online.
And you should keep an eye on this government website
https://www.rijksoverheid.nl/onderwerpen/drone
It is absolutely interesting that the weighs 249 grams.
See also the regulations on the website of the Dutch government regarding ROC Light certificates.

And on this page you can apply for a ROC Light permit:
This is for all organizations that want to fly professionally with drones up to 4 kilos.
https://e-loket.ilent.nl/…uthenticatie/CB_Inleiding
The regulations do state that the drone must at least meet the CE requirements. I still have to figure out that part. Anyone have an idea?
EDIT2
You should always register your drone with the government so that they know you own it.
Text government: In order to be allowed to fly a drone (RPAS) for business purposes, the aircraft must be registered in the aircraft register.

DJI has a separate page with the EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY.
https://www.dji.com/nl/euro-compliance/mavic
The Mavic Mini 2 is also included here.
It would be of business interest if the regulations were less strict. I also want to find out that part. Or maybe someone can complete this piece?
EDIT3:
I just want to add this:
A table of subcategories for the open category:

EDIT4: (THIS will be released soon)
Make sure you make a distinction between business flying and recreational flying (so only use the images for private purposes)
For business you have to meet more requirements such as registration, ROC or ROC Light and depending on weight, a license.
But even if you fly recreationally, you still have to comply with the rules. The rules of flying with model objects.
