impressions and experiences
“The evening is good for the soul, it is food for my soul, I can recharge my batteries, find new strength for my everyday life,” says Susanne Löbbecke from Delbrück. Just like her friend Kirsten Westhoff-Klöter from Delbrück, who is looking for ways to shape this year’s Lent, she is grateful for the impulses. Christof Eikel from Bad Wünnenberg-Leiberg is attending a “Spiritual Evening” for the first time; his wife invited him to come along. He also has a positive impression of the offers and the numerous impulses for daily life. Anne Tarrach from Paderborn has just attended the workshop “Working together in paradise with the ‘7F'” and says with a laugh: “I’ll take suggestions with me on how I can continue to build in paradise” and with a view to the workshop “Sustainable recipes for Lent” she sums up: “I learned how to process vegetables in a healthy, tasty and sustainable way through fermentation.”
The friends Heike Probst, Lilli Janzen and Claudia Heerde from Paderborn regularly take part in the “spiritual evenings” in the Liborianum. The three women appreciate the music, the spiritual texts, the atmosphere. “The evening is a break, we find time for spiritual topics,” says Heike Probst. Discovering the rooms of the Liborianum and the atmosphere in the former monastery is an enrichment for her, explains Lilli Janzen. And although they have often been there, the program always offers something new, “new perspectives are opened up”.
