Gates of Oblivion continues the Gates of Oblivion story and adds a new region called Blackwood. In it, players can explore the city of Leyawiin from The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion, Niben Forest and Blackwood Bog, among others.
Blackwood also adds Companions to the game, NPCs that join the fight while training and expanding their skills. Players can choose from two companions at the start of Blackwood.
In total, according to Zenimax, the new content should offer about thirty hours of playing time.
The Elder Scrolls Online: Blackwood will also be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on June 8. A free update for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and S will also be released on June 15.
