The district association of the SPD in Breisgau-Hochschwarzwald is calling on ex-Chancellor Gerhard Schröder to leave the party if he does not clearly distance himself from Vladimir Putin and resign from his posts at Russian companies. The SPD members of the Bundestag from the Freiburg region also criticize the attitude of the former SPD chancellor.
