Ried Music Band Unveils Unique Bottle Collection Game for 2025 District Music Festival
The talented musicians of the Ried music band are gearing up for a special celebration as they prepare to host the district music festival on June 21st and 22nd, 2025. To make the event even more memorable, the band has introduced an innovative bottle collection game that promises to engage both participants and spectators alike.
“We are thrilled to host the music festival and wanted to add some unique features to make it truly special,” said Christian Diwold, the chairman of the Ried music band. “That’s how the bottle collecting game was born.”
A Musical Twist on Collecting
The bottle collection game involves purchasing and assembling a special box designed to resemble a marching formation. Each row in the box represents a different section of the band, creating a visual representation of the ensemble. The goal is to fill the formation wiht “musicians”—appropriately labeled bottles filled with schnapps, liqueur, and apple juice.
Participants who successfully complete thier collection boxes will be entered into a grand prize draw at the morning pint on June 22nd, 2025. Prizes include a distillery tour with tasting and snacks for ten people, courtesy of Deisingerhof.
Supporting Local Partners
“It was vital to us to use high-quality, regional products,” Diwold explained. “That’s why we partnered with the local company seyr to create the collection boxes, especially since one of our musicians works there. For the filling, we found a great partner in Josef Deisinger, who was immediately on board with our idea.”
Josef Deisinger, owner of Deisingerhof, expressed his enthusiasm, saying, “I am a friend of Ried music and always up for special ideas.”
How to Participate
The collection boxes and bottles are available for purchase at the Marktplatzl Ried, and also through the musicians themselves.Don’t miss the possibility to pick up your collection box at the Ried Christmas market on December 14th and 15th.
This unique initiative not only adds a fun and interactive element to the music festival but also supports local businesses and showcases the creativity of the Ried music band. Mark your calendars for June 21st and 22nd, 2025, and join in the festivities!
