Movement in the Czech Republic is still limited to the permanent residence district. For travel to the doctor and to offices outside the district of residence, a sworn statement or a form for leaving the district will be required. Shopping is only possible within the district.
“We went the so-called French way and we demand an affidavit from the citizens where they are going and for how long, so that it is possible to check that one has actually arrived there,” said Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior Jan Hamáček.
Traveling in the Czech Republic only with a form
Confirmation from the employer is required for trips to work outside the district. Self-employed persons should, for example, have proof of the order with them so that they can prove the purpose of their journey to a possible inspection.

With a dog only 500 m from the house
Even stricter is the measure when moving in the fresh air. Walking and running during the day are possible from last Monday only in the village, not the whole district. Dog walking at night is only possible within 500 meters from the residence.
Visits of relatives are not allowed even within the district, unless it is a matter of providing necessary needs or necessary care.
