BZ: There is currently a great deal of concern that grain will also become scarce in Germany and that the prices for flour and bread could continue to rise. Do you share the concern?
Linser: If you look at the numbers, Germany doesn’t have enough grain. But what is meant by this is the complete grain. We have always had a shortage of durum wheat, for example for pasta, but there was usually enough wheat for bread. But it can get tight.
