The Distribution Marketing Manager will identify opportunities to drive life insurance sales results through diverse multi-channel marketing activity and strong product positioning and content development. Creating strategic marketing and communication plans and executing the plans in collaboration with our dedicated agile team will be key to this role. The Distribution Marketing Manager will drive proactive collaboration with marketing leadership, Life Distribution partners, and other support departments to ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and on-time delivery of marketing initiatives.

Plan, execute, and manage marketing initiatives that support and drive Life Insurance sales momentum:~crlf~-Identify campaign opportunities, target segments, and key touch points for marketing activity.~crlf~-Support Life Growth Initiatives through campaign, material, and digital strategies supporting Life Advanced Markets, Premium Finance and Foreign Nationals.~crlf~-Develop and recommend marketing plans that drive results. Execute plans in collaboration with a dedicated Agile team.~crlf~-Ensure accurate analytics design, measurement and reporting of marketing results~crlf~-Drive communications with marketing, Life Distribution, and all functional areas to proactively promote marketing initiatives. Build strong relationships with marketing partners, and key stakeholders across the organization.~crlf~-Collaborate with product innovation, actuarial, and distribution training in the launch of new life insurance products.~crlf~~crlf~

Experience:~crlf~6-7 years experience required in the Life Insurance Industry with a minimum of 5-years in sales and/or marketing~crlf~Experience and knowledge of fixed index universal life insurance products/industry is desired~crlf~6-7 years experience preferred in Financial Services, Insurance or Mutual Fund industry and/or Broker Dealer or Marketing organization.~crlf~Digital marketing and social media experience strongly preferred~crlf~~crlf~Education:~crlf~Four-year degree required: in marketing, communications or related field~crlf~Life and Health license, Series 6 or 7 preferred ~crlf~FLMI, CFP, ChFC, or other industry designations preferred~crlf~
