Distance education: Stop broadcasting courses on TV channels

Rabat-The Ministry of National Education, Vocational Training, Higher Education and Scientific Research announced the end of the broadcasting of courses on television channels, as part of the education system remotely, from Sunday.

The ministry underlined, in a statement, the completion of the last stage of the device of the distance education via the television channels Athaqafia TV, Tamazight TV, Laâyoune TV and Arryadia, for the current school year.

Thus, the dissemination of courses recorded for all school levels from primary education to higher education, as well as physical education courses, academic, vocational and university guidance, support and preparation for exams, to through these channels, will cease from this Sunday, we say.

This decision comes after the completion of the school and training programs for all cycles of education, as well as sessions intended for students in the second year of the baccalaureate to support and prepare for the unified national exam for obtaining the baccalaureate 2020, explains the same source.

The ministry also thanked and praised the efforts of all teachers, inspectors and educational, administrative and technical staff, at central, regional and provincial levels, as well as the Moroccan Press Agency (MAP), the Société nationale de radio and television (SNRT), the National Initiative for Human Development (INDH) and all the actors who have contributed to ensuring the continuity of education in Morocco.
