When he ordered his pizza last September at Taco Bell, Frank Siragusa perhaps had no idea it would come to this. This dissatisfied customer has indeed decided to attack this American fast food giant for “unfair and deceptive commercial practices”. In question, the Mexican pizza-taco that was served to him was not as copious, according to him, as on the contractual photos. It is for this reason that he is claiming $5 million from the company.
“I would never have paid $5.49” for such a pizza, he pleaded Monday, before the federal prosecutor’s office in Brooklyn, New York. To support his complaint, he added photos of the famous pizza-taco, which contained much less filling than in the firm’s “real dishes”. Frank Siragusa was also supported by other customers disappointed by the pizza, presented on commercial images as generously garnished with beef, cheese and raw vegetables…
