Dissatisfied because of the monthly emptying

For the article “Yellow bin: Citizens are dissatisfied” from February 16, the editors received the following letter to the editor:

Consumers are not dissatisfied with the yellow bin, but with the fact that it is only emptied once a month. That will still stink a lot in the summer or should we actually waste our precious drinking water on idiotic rubbish washes?

Hundreds of millions of yellow bags are now saved, which were previously only produced to be thrown away again immediately. The common man is constantly being accused of plastic litter in the oceans. Ms. Müller does not dispose of her garbage in the Main or drives it to the North or Baltic Sea, but pays proud disposal fees when purchasing the product and garbage disposal fees to the municipality.

Who, please, can now make the additional profit from the 50 percent cost savings due to the halved emptying times? Who is actually responsible for the expensive garbage tourism in poorer countries, which then dump garbage in the oceans? Who is actually hiding behind the ?? dual system ?? and who is responsible for what and earns how much from it?
