Yesterday, Friday, Egypt’s Al-Ahram area witnessed a car chase between singer Saad Al-Saghir and his ex-wife Berlanty Amer after an argument erupted between them, which escalated into a fistfight, and ended in a clash, according to what was published by local media.
And the media reported that the incident occurred when Saad Al-Sagheer was divorced, accompanied by her mother and sister, in the Hadayek Al-Ahram area, where the famous singer was in his car in the area, so they entered in a quarrel with him over the assertion of his legal rights, which then turned into a clash of hands.

And the site “Cairo 24” cited a source according to which the ex-wife of the well-known singer, during the argument, tore his clothes, stole his passport from inside the car, and tore it up in front of him, before heading by her car and fleeing the place.
According to media reports, the singer went after them to catch up with them, and suddenly his ex-wife’s car stopped and his car collided with her from behind, causing her damage.
And the site “Masrawy” quoted a security source according to which the accident caused the wounding of the young ex-wife and her mother, confirming the health stability of the two, after treatment at the Al-Haram hospital.
An incident report was issued and legal steps were taken to refer it to the investigating authorities.
Major General Muhammad al-Sharqawi, director of the General Department of the Giza Investigation Department, received a notification from Brigadier General Ali Abdel Rahman, head of investigations in the western sector, stating that Al-Saghir went after his ex wife and collided with her car, injuring her and her mother due to arguments between them.
And by conducting the investigations under the supervision of Colonel Hani Al-Husseini, inspector of the West Investigative Sector, it emerged that a verbal altercation occurred between the young man and his ex-wife due to previous differences between them, which prompted her to tore up her passport, and a fight broke out between them, after which she left the car, so the young man chased after her and collided with her from behind, injuring his ex-wife, Berlanty, and her mother, and they were taken to the hospital.
After legalizing the procedures, Lieutenant Colonel Ahmed Essam managed to arrest the popular singer Saad Al-Saghir, because he caused the injuries of his ex-wife and her mother.
The necessary legal measures have been taken, an accident report has been issued and the competent prosecutor’s office has launched an investigation.
