On Thursday, October 12th, 2023, around 4:05 p.m., there was a dispute in the parking lot between the “Forum Merzhausen” and the “Hexental-Apotheke” between an employee of the municipal correctional service and a Tesla owner with an Emmendinger license plate.
When the Tesla owner wanted to leave the location, the community corrections officer is said to have stood in the way of the car, which is said to have led to dangerous traffic maneuvers.
Witnesses to the incident are asked to call the Freiburg-Süd police station around the clock on 0761 882 4421, or from Monday during office hours to the Ehrenkirchen police station on 07633 806180.
