A man was killed in Frankfurt on Saturday night. According to initial information from the police, he probably died from multiple knife wounds. Several people were arrested, two of them suspect.
The background to the bloody act in the Sachsenhausen district was initially unclear. As the police reported, around 11 p.m. residents reported a physical altercation in an apartment on Dielmannstrasse. When the police arrived there, they found a 46-year-old man with a stab wound to the upper body.

According to the officials, the directly initiated resuscitation measures were unsuccessful. The man died at the scene of the accident. Several people were then provisionally arrested. Including a 37-year-old and a 48-year-old who are considered urgent suspects. The men are to be presented to a judge later that day.
There are also indications that several people left the scene of the crime before the emergency services arrived. These come into consideration as important witnesses. The police therefore urgently ask that they report to the Frankfurt criminal police on 069/755 53110 or any other police station.
