Disney’s Once Upon a Studio: A Special Film for Disney’s 100th Anniversary with the Voice of Robin Williams

Disney releases a short film in which all the characters from different films come together, in honor of their 100th anniversary. Against all expectations, the voice of Robin Williams will also be heard in it. The actor improvised a lot of his dialogue in the classic ‘Aladdin’, and apparently a lot of those recordings have never been used. Hence, the makers of ‘Once Upon A Studio’ were able to bring Ghost back to life with his original voice for the occasion.

‘Aladdin’ was a special project for Williams, and he lowered his salary considerably so that Disney could pay him. “I didn’t do it for the pay,” he said at the time. “I wanted to leave something beautiful for my children.”

‘Once Upon a Studio’ will feature 543 Disney characters from more than 85 different films. You can watch the short film via Disney+.
