We already knew that Disney + would arrive in Mexico and the entire Latin region in November, but not the exact date. Fortunately a “error” has dispelled all doubts: Disney + will arrive in Mexico and Latin America on November 17.
The official Disney + Latin America account tweeted “by mistake” the date the platform will officially arrive in Mexico:

According to what is seen, this information should not be released yet. However, the publication remains online, thus pointing to a “strategy” to publicize the long-awaited arrival date of Disney + in the region.
This way, we already know when all Disney content spread across other platforms streaming will be withdrawn to stay in your new home, as all Disney, Marvel, Pixar and Star Wars content will be exclusive to Disney +.
