PT Management SiCepat Ekspres Indonesia revealed that there was a procedural error in terminating employees. Management provides sanctions for those who make mistakes.

However, management did not explain in detail what part or who made the mistake. Following are the sanctions given.

“Are there sanctions imposed on those who make mistakes? Yes, we have already carried out sanctions,” said SiCepat Ekspres’s Chief Marketing Corporate Communication Office, Wiwin Dewi Herawati at a press conference at her office, South Jakarta, Wednesday (16/3/2022).

For this procedural error, his party also apologizes for the inconvenience caused. “So first of all, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by this news,” he said.

“With this news, we would like to clarify, more precisely, admit that there was a procedural error in the layoff process which should not have been carried out on affected employees,” he explained.

He explained, the procedure was actually done for employees SiCepat which is problematic.

“As reported by friends and social media. Actually, we do the procedure for employees who have problems,” he continued.

They will be responsible for providing compensation. Then, it will also take a family approach.

“Then for those who are affected at this time SiCepat Express is actually already responsible by providing compensation in accordance with applicable regulations. Then consolidate the family approach,” he said.
