Representative Lee was eventually confirmed innocent in this trial. Prosecutors are known to have secured a phone call recording file containing the circumstances in which CEO Lee asked Mr. Kim to testify at the time. They also suspect that Mr. Kim gave false testimony in favor of CEO Lee.
