Disjointed gang that made adulterated alcoholic beverages

Five people who operated in a clandestine alcoholic beverages laboratory were detained by officials of the Criminal Investigation Service (SIP) of the Municipal Police of Caroní, of the Bolívar state, according to information provided by Commissioner Jimmy Martínez, director of the Municipal Police .

The police authority detailed “during the investigation the commission entered a house behind a subject who was carrying a box of liquors, and upon entering there were four other people, who were handling containers and ethyl substances, there was a clandestine laboratory dismantled and evidence of the crime seized of fraud and against health ».

The detainees were identified as: Yosmar Gabriel Barreto Rondón (23), Pedro Elías Barreto Rondón (23), Diosmar Jesús Barreto Rondón (20), Dixson Kenery Rodríguez Pérez (30), and a woman who goes by the name of Cesyl Leonela Rengifo Brito (twenty-one).

Likewise, Martínez explained that the procedure was carried out in the Simón Bolívar parish of Ciudad Guayana, where 19 boxes of 12 bottles each, with a capacity of one liter, were seized, signed with the phrase “El Récord”, 10 boxes of 12 plastic bottles each one liter, which showed marks of having been opened.

In addition, some 1,200 red caps were seized, 512 white caps, 47 black caps, 350 stamps for different colored caps, a liter of caramelina, a plastic funnel, 132 empty plastic containers, with a capacity of one liter, that each have red and blue labels with the phrase “La Morita”, they also found 155 plastic containers of one liter each, with white and green labels, where the phrase “El Récord” is observed.

The merchandise was sold to merchants and bachaqueros from different areas of Ciudad Guayana.
