In order to update the need for the Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art and talk about the next steps to be taken to implement this idea, the Latvian Center for Contemporary Art (LLMC) is organizing a discussion on July 29 at 14.00, in which representatives of the government and Riga City Council will participate. How long has the issue of the establishment of the Museum of Contemporary Art in Riga been relevant and why is this issue currently being discussed in the discussion, explains the director of the Latvian Center for Contemporary Art Solvita Krese.

The opinion is expressed by a member of the board of the Latvian Museum of Contemporary Art Foundation Elīna Vikmane and artist, deputy of Riga City Council Ivars Drulle.

All three guests of the show will also take part in the upcoming discussion.
