It’s not just that the Slovak League doesn’t have a lot of quality, it’s also about the philosophy of the given teams, how they work with the youth, what kind of business plan is set for the long term – because that’s also part of football, a healthy economy. Dunajská Streda has a beautiful stadium, so I don’t understand why they don’t have a long-term concept of working for success. The management alternates one coach after another, no plan, no future. If this approach of SK teams does not change, in the long term the quality of football in our country will be poor and the clubs will be drowning in debt. I really don’t understand why they don’t sit down and say to themselves, we will work on the club, on the youth, we will attract quality players, we will regularly play European Cups and the economy will be healthy, fans will be happy to come to our stadiums. Yes, it’s a min plan. for 5 years, but you won’t build anything overnight. Unfortunately, the owners of the clubs do not understand football at all, they only polish their egos and that is why football in SK is where it is.
