And conversely, is there a place you haven’t been to yet that you would love to discover?
There are plenty of places here [en Bourgogne] where I was only passing through, but I’m taking notes… I think it’s an incredible region!
I would like to abandon myself, escape with a car in the vineyards. It’s cliché what I say but it’s so dreamy for people who, like us… Well we have vines [au Canada] but it’s not the same wine, let’s say (laughs).
Here, there are reliefs with magnificent viewpoints! When I’m on the road by bus – because we’re on a tour bus – each time, I’m amazed. Then, each time, it was in moments when it had just rained… with the sunbeams coming through the clouds… It was magnificent! For me this region is very very beautiful and I would love to discover it, not just passing through. So one day take the time, be on vacation and take my car, escape to the beautiful fields, I would love to.
