Discovering all-terrain massage

Getting a massage while sipping a beer or a fruit juice on the terrace, that’s what the practitioners of Nomad’s Massage offer, offering their hands free of charge to whoever wants to receive them.

For ten minutes, a wellness professional massages your neck, shoulders, arms and upper back for a unique moment of relaxation. The concept arrived in Lyon last May, but it is not very recent.

Founder Alexandra Philibert discovered nomadic massages in Berlin in 2016 and wanted to develop the concept in major French cities.

From the Puces du Canal to the terraces of Lyon

In Lyon, you can meet nomadic masseurs during major events, but also at specific places such as the Puces du Canal in Villeurbanne and on the terraces of the bars Le Court Circuit, 27 Madeleine and Trattino (Lyon 7e), at La Passagère on the quays (Lyon 3e), et au Baraabar (Lyon 6e).

For those who would like to be part of the adventure, the company trains masseurs directly.
