After following this drinking regimen for 12 weeks, the researchers noticed that visceral fat “significantly” decreased in the two vinegar groups.
They also noticed a decrease in body weight, body mass index, and waist circumference in the participants. One particular type of vinegar has garnered a lot of praise when it comes to weight loss — apple cider vinegar.
