Created 30 years ago in Toulouse, the Institut Supérieur Vidal is today a key player in work-study training. A school acclaimed by more than 86% of its approximately 1,200 students (February 2023 survey), but also its many partner companies. Companies that are expressing more than ever a strong need for work-study trainees. “We currently have 200 contract proposals which are only waiting for young people”, informs the director general of the Vidal Schools, Dominique Bisbau.
Two new courses and short programs
So many opportunities to prepare for one of the BTS, Bachelors or Masters offered in various fields: commerce, management, communication, HR… Or one of the two new courses that the school will open at the start of the school year. The Accounting and Management BTS and the Operational Marketing Manager Bachelor will indeed enrich the offer of the campus, located since 2019 in the heart of the Arènes district.
If work-study is in the DNA of the school, initial training is also a path offered to students. Similarly, the Vidal Schools regularly welcome job seekers and employees as part of their continuing education or actions financed by Pôle emploi and the Regional Council. “We will also soon open a promotion preparing for the level 4 certification of Real Estate Negotiator”, informs Dominique Bisbau. For four months, the trainees will familiarize themselves with prospecting, estimating and visiting properties, drafting mandates, negotiating, etc. Some will be able to continue with a BTS in real estate professions, others will directly join an agency.
Opportunities to seize during the job dating that the school regularly organizes in the presence of recruiters. The next one will take place this Wednesday, April 26.
