Since this Thursday morning, the Dijon Exhibition Center has been hosting the famous International and Gastronomic Fair, an unmissable event for lovers of gastronomy and culinary discoveries. This year again, with more than 400 exhibitors and a program rich in activities, the event promises to attract thousands of visitors until November 11. The 2024 edition puts the spotlight on Japan, offering a unique immersion in Japanese culinary culture and traditions, which have many surprises in store for visitors.
Dijon Métropole: two stands dedicated to gastronomy and entertainment
Dijon Métropole actively participates in the Fair with two stands, each placed in a separate hall. These spaces are dedicated to gastronomy and wine and offer a variety of activities for young and old. Here is the program planned on the two stands in Dijon Métropole for the days of November 6, 7 and 8, 2024:
Hall 1 / Gastronomy
Visitors to Hall 1 will be able to enjoy a range of local flavors, with dishes prepared by renowned caterers, beer tastings and interactive workshops.
Wednesday 6 November (10am – 8pm)
– Dishes prepared by the Mitanchey caterer.
– Tasting of local beers by L’Ours Pimpant, from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday, November 7 (10 a.m. – 8 p.m.)
– Dishes offered by Toque d’Ici.
– Producers’ market from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., with Olivier Bourgeot (Rente Saint-Simon, Bretenière) and Alexandre Bréjean (Ferme de la Noge, Quetigny).
– Tasting of local beers by L’Ours Pimpant, from 11:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Friday 8 November (10 am – 11 pm)
– Dishes offered by Toque d’Ici.
– Wine tasting by Dijon Métropole winegrowers, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
– Tasting of local beers by L’Ours Pimpant, from 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Please note: Dijon mustard creation workshops will be held every day, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., for fans of this emblematic specialty.

Hall 2 offers a reception and entertainment area with fun activities and a photo competition around the theme “Dijon gastronomic metropolis”.

Gourmet Journey: a gourmet passport for visitors
Visitors will be able to take part in the Parcours du Gourmet, a game consisting of having a special passport stamped on the stands of Dijon Métropole and that of the Cité Internationale de la Gastronomie et du Vin. This route allows you to collect goodies and other prizes, with a final draw on November 11 at 5 p.m., in Hall 2, to designate the big winners.
