A sea bass ceviche with mango, passion fruit and yuzu, a crab tartare with pomegranate and yellow peach… No doubt, the sweet and sour cuisine with the chef’s Mediterranean inspiration is in the spotlight at bistro Jaime!

In this establishment we combine gluttony, local products and seasonality, something to delight the taste buds while respecting nature in a cozy and contemporary setting.

The Claap team tested the sea bass fillet, new potatoes and coriander mayonnaise and half a duck breast with orange carrot smooth and reduced citrus juice. Result: the only thing we can say is “still boss”! The menu changes at the start of the school year to offer cuisine with Indonesian flavors, playing the game of mixing spices with a French touch! A real little revolution for our palates!

Restaurant Jaime at 41 Rue de la Valfere in Montpellier. Count 26€ for a dish of the day + starter or dessert. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 12 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.
