On the occasion of Heritage Days, the Sabarot company opens its doors free of charge, Friday September 15 and Saturday September 16 (registration required). For two days, it will offer visitors the opportunity to discover this family business, which has specialized in legumes, cereals and mushrooms for over 200 years. Sorting tower, packaging, dried mushroom workshop and high-rise store are on the program. Tastings are also planned.
As this is a food factory, certain health rules should also be expected: wear closed shoes, have your legs covered (no skirts or shorts), do not wear any jewelry (no rings, no earrings or necklace, etc.), do not bring personal belongings (no handbags, backpacks, etc.).
A cap and gown will be provided at the entrance to the building.
