The next September 15, 16 and 17 the wine-growing area of Alforins welcomes the second edition of Nómade, a festival that differs from other musical events by offering complementary activities with which attendees can discover the natural environment where the event is held and learn about its rich heritage.
This year the contest includes activities in various locations in the municipalities of Moixent, Fontanars dels Alforins, La Font de La Figuera and Ontinyent. Thus, on Friday, September 15, Bodegas Arráez will host its “Art and Wine” tasting, in which wines from its winery will be tasted and a visit to its vineyards and facilities will be made. Saturday the 16th will include most of the programming: tasting of oils from the Sant Pere de Moixent Cooperative, acoustic tasting with the Valencian singer-songwriter Llum in the wineries of the same cooperative, a route to the Iberian town of La Bastida de Les Alcusses and the already known Territories Tasting at Finca Torrefiel.
Regarding the concert lineup, this year the musical performances of Depedro, Morgan, Delafé y las Flores Azules, Josh Rouse, Glassio, Amorante and the Valencian singer-songwriter Clara Andrés.
The gastronomic experiences will bring attendees to the Nómade Alcusses-Alforins quality, sustainable dishes made with local products from the territory. The proposals can be tasted on Friday at noon at Bodegas Arráez by Taulell Gastronómic, in Moixent on Saturday at noon with the restaurant A Leña and Friday and Saturday nights at Finca Torrefiel.
To facilitate the transit of attendees through the different scenarios, The organizers have designed a mobility plan which will take attendees to the main concerts located in Torrefiel, thus trying to minimize the environmental impact and helping to avoid collapsing access to the stages with private vehicles.
