Ready to step back in time near Toulouse? The exhibition « Dino Expo World » settled on February 18 and continues until March 5, 2023 in Portet-sur-Garonne and promises to take you back several million years to discover dinosaurs “larger than life”.
Located at the level of the Carrefour shopping center, it occupies 2,000 m2: its organizers describe it as ” Europe’s largest dinosaur exhibit« .
Life-size dinosaurs
THE robotic and animated dinosaurs are represented in full-scale, with explanations of their life and history. Among them, the famous Tyrannosaurus rex, the Triceratops and its three horns or the Dilophosaurus, equipped with a colored collar.
The organizers ensure that you can see them “move, breathe, growl, roar” every day from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., at a price of 10 euros and 7 euros for children under 10.
A second exhibition
Toulouse gives pride of place to these creatures since in addition to this exhibition, another is scheduled until Sunday February 26, 2023 at the Sing Sing room, 90 chemin de la Flambère. Named ” The kingdom of the dinosaurs“, it invites visitors to discover twenty specimens as well as workshops on prehistory for children.
Count 10 euros for those over 13 years old and 8 euros from 3 years old for this other epic in time.
