Early symptoms
This symptom generally appears in the teens and early 20s. At these ages, the earliest signs may be overlooked because they reflect “typical” behavior of a teenager.
Early symptoms can include:
- Isolate yourself from friends and family
- Switch to choosing other friends or other social groups
- Loss of concentration
- There are sleep problems
- Easily angry or more aggressive
- Difficulty with schoolwork or poor academic performance
- There is anxiety
- There is suspicion
- Weird ideas come up
- Feel different from other people
