The Ilette valley forms a green corridor between the municipalities of Rezé, Vertou and Les Sorinières. This walk has the particularity of being both exotic and sporty. Exotic because it takes you into a dense and very lively forest, interspersed with green plains. Sporty because you will have to climb and descend the slopes that form the path. Certainly a unique route for jogging and keeping in shape.
Yellow signs indicate the track to follow along the walk. Many sites are to be discovered along the way, such as the red tiled and stone houses of the village of Aufrère, the crossing of the Ilette (thanks to a development on stilts) or the wood of Poyaux.
