On Friday August 18, the Caveau d’Argent, in association with La Boulange, organized a vernissage in the heart of its mini-gallery to present the works of the artists and the expansion of its activities. In the evening, this inauguration was extended by the concert of the singer Sophie, before the tasting of an onion gratin, shared with the visitors. On Saturday August 19, a market, house clearance and raffle completed this activity in the heart of the historic center of Bellac. Bruno Bertrand, stonemason and president of the socio-cultural community association La Boulange, so named because it occupies the premises of a former bakery, presented the “all fire, all flame” workshops, bringing together in the shops adjoining artisans Tom’s leather workshop, Logan’s enamel work and the forge, pottery, bronze foundry and polishing work run by Bruno. The three common workshops are open from Tuesday to Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 10, rue Ledru-Rollin in Bellac. Sharpening on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. La Boulange, 07.69.22.17.84.
