Discover the Best Places in the City with the New Edition of the Repsol Guide’s Autumn Soletes

The new edition of Soletes de Autumn of the Repsol Guide is here. On this occasion, 359 establishments have been awarded in an event held in Santander together with CANTUR, the Cantabrian Regional Tourism Promotion Society, which recognized the diversity of Cantabria by awarding a total of 73 Soletes, eight new and 65 that already had this distinction.

These 359 establishments, divided into different categories such as wine bars, restaurants, bars, fast goods, cafes and terraces, add to the already 3,233 places previously awarded with a Solete.

On this occasion, the Repsol Guide has chosen to reward different establishments located in the heart of the cities. Well, autumn and winter are the perfect time to discover new places. And given the lack of knowledge and the breadth of hospitality offerings that usually exist in the heart of cities, the Repsol Guide shows the best places to go to in this new edition of Autumn Soletes. This is how the director of the Repsol Guide, María Ritter, explains it: “It is the time of year when you return to the city with appetite, as if you had been missing it in the summer. You meet friends, celebrate with family and have a drink with co-workers. There is always a perfect place depending on the moment: for coffee and a snack in the middle of the morning, for vermouth, to turn a work meal into an enjoyment or for an informal snack before the most sophisticated cocktail.”

Get it right with the new edition of the Repsol Guide’s Autumn Soletes

How many times have you entered the first bar you saw downtown out of ignorance? How many times have you consulted opinions online about a specific place? How many times have you failed by opting for a place that no one had recommended to you? Repsol Guide is like a close friend that offers you the best recommendations for the city you are in. It does this through its application, with which, after registering and activating the location, it will surprise you with the best establishments closest to you. In it you can find all the Soles and Soletes as well as their recommended restaurants.

The Autumn Soletes have focused mainly on the provincial capitals, which tend to be the most visited, in addition to other cities such as Santiago de Compostela, Gijón, Reus, Cartagena or Talavera de la Reina that also have a lot of tourism at the end of the year.
