The 20th edition of the national event “Rendez-vous aux jardins” takes place until June 4, 2023. In Occitanie, 230 parks and gardens, public or private, take part in this event. 300 animations are proposed.
Each year this national event on the initiative of the Ministry of Culture, offers the opportunity to amateurs and the curious to cross the gates of parks and gardens, private, public or associative, for free, some of which are usually closed to the public.
Owners of private gardens exceptionally welcome the general public to share their passion.
This is an opportunity to discover the richness and heritage of little-known gardens. There is great diversity in Languedoc Roussillon. In all, there are 20 private or associative gardens which are open only for this occasion.

In the heart of Lunel, Armand Wizenberg opens the doors of his farmhouse at 18th century. Visitors will be able to discover its French garden, created 25 years ago.
Currently most of the roses are in bloom as well as some camellias and all the pink and purple rhododendrons. The Japanese maples have also adorned themselves with their beauties.

The Ministry of Culture has chosen to give, for this 20th edition, a spotlight on the music of the garden. Throughout the weekend, entertainment is set up for all audiences. In particular demonstrations of know-how or musical walks.
