Discount on dengue vaccination for IOMA members | Berisso’s world

Starting this Tuesday, people affiliated with IOMA who are between 15 and 59 years of age will be able to apply the dengue vaccine at pharmacies participating in the campaign, with a discount of 30 % and the application at no cost.

In microsite that the social work is enabled on its official website, members will find key information to clarify all doubts, such as who can get the vaccine, the requirements to do so, answers to common questions and, to indeed, the list of participating pharmacies, detailed by location.

This initiative is part of the Buenos Aires plan against dengue announced a few weeks ago by the Governor Axel Kicillof and the Minister of Health of the Region, Nicolás Kreplak, based on three pillars: surveillance, year-round prevention and health care, to face a disease that they predict will be “bigger than the previous ones” and with more serious issues.

To guarantee that they will have access to vaccines, the government of Buenos Aires closed an agreement with the only laboratory that, until now, makes them, to buy 500,000 doses.

In Berisso, according to what IOMA reports on its website, the pharmacies involved are Gallo, Galvez, Michetti, Camperi, Fagnani, Guayaquil, Bonvissuto, Del Este, Penacca, Kowalewski and Rosito there
