In addition, he explained that he must always report when he wants to go on holiday, leave the city or if he comes in contact with foreign nationals. “It’s hard to explain to a young man that you know you have to let us know when you leave Bucharest on the weekend, you have to let us know if you want to go on vacation, you have to let us know if you’re in a relationship with a foreign citizen, that is, there are rules which we may have assimilated more easily, in the current generation to know that it is much more difficult.
