Al-Marsad Newspaper: Jeddah City Council spokesman “Mohammed Al-Baqami” revealed that homeowners do not have the right to close the area adjacent to it to prevent parking, noting that the street is a public law and not affiliated with homeowners property limits.
According to “Okaz”, Al-Baqmi said, whoever commits this violation will be subject to Article 39/3 of the Municipal Violations and Sanctions Table, which states that any violation of the regulations and requirements of roads and roads is punished with 3000 riyal.
He recalled that the sanction is accompanied by the decision to correct the violation by removing the barriers that have been placed.
