The Disciplinary Board (CD) of the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) announced the initiation of disciplinary proceedings against Sérgio Conceição, Vítor Baía and FC Porto SAD, «following reports presented by the Arbitration Board of the Portuguese Football Federation and by Sport Lisboa e Benfica, SAD», as well as Francisco J. Marques, in this case following the participation of only the FPF Arbitration Council.
At issue are statements about arbitration before and after the last round.

Disciplinary process No. 79 – 2022/2023
Initiation of disciplinary proceedings against Sérgio Paulo Marceneiro Conceição, Vítor Manuel Martins Baía and Futebol Clube do Porto – Futebol SAD, by decision of the Professional Section, of April 18, 2023, with the object of determining the disciplinary relevance of the factuality reported, in the sequence of participations presented by the Arbitration Council of the Portuguese Football Federation and by Sport Lisboa e Benfica – Futebol SAD. The process was sent, on April 18, 2023, to the Commission of Instructors of the Portuguese Professional Football League, advertising being excluded until the end of the instruction.
Disciplinary process No. 80 – 2022/2023
Initiation of disciplinary proceedings against Francisco José Carvalho Marques, by decision of the Professional Section, of April 18, 2023, regarding statements made with a focus on offenses to the honor or consideration of arbitration agents, or possible violation of general duties, in the sequence of participation presented by the Arbitration Council of the Portuguese Football Federation. The process was sent, on April 19, 2023, to the Commission of Instructors of the Portuguese Professional Football League, advertising being excluded until the end of the instruction
