Supreme Commissioner Kim Jae-won was subject to disciplinary action for remarks such as the presidential pledge to put the spirit of May 18 in the preamble to the constitution to gain votes, and that Pastor Kwang-hoon Jeon unified the right wing of the world.

Supreme Commissioner Tae Young-ho was subject to review by the Ethics Committee, including his remarks that the 4 3 Incident was triggered by Kim Il-sung’s instructions, as well as the suspicion of leaking the nominations.
