Gadgetren – To further introduce the quality and components of the OPPO A95, OPPO Indonesia on Monday held the “OPPO A95: Quality Teardown & O-elite Certification event at the OPPO Service Center ITC Roxy Mas, Jakarta.
On this occasion, OPPO Indonesia invited their experienced female technician named Ayu to disassemble and install the OPPO A95 device with the OPPO Service Center procedure.
For the record, Ayu is one of the OPPO technicians who just passed the level one certification globally. This certification is carried out so that technicians can avoid failure every time they disassemble and repair cellphones.
With this certification, OPPO hopes to give its consumers confidence in the safe and fast repair of OPPO A95 device problems carried out by certified technicians at the OPPO Service Center.
At first, Ayu turned off the OPPO A95 to cut off the system flow first. Next, the device is placed for 5 to 8 minutes in a heater or back cover heating device with a temperature range of 80The C.
After the heating process is complete, the OPPO A95 back cover is immediately opened and placed on the component table. Don’t forget to protect the back cover and screen of this cellphone first so that scratches don’t occur during the disassembly or repair process.
Next, Ayu removed the cellphone parts one by one, starting from the rear camera lens and covering them, bolts, antenna, PCB, battery, front camera, rear camera, audio jack port, and other important modules.
Aryo Meidianto A as PR Manager of OPPO Indonesia said that the LED Flash component of the OPPO A95 was made separately from the rear camera sensor for the reason that the device targets the middle class so that the cost to replace the components is cheaper if only the LED Flash is damaged. That way there is no need to buy a rear camera sensor.
In addition, the OPPO A95 is equipped with IPX4 so that if the condition is exposed to water splashes on the screen or back cover, it will not enter the inside of the machine so we can clean it directly with a cloth or tissue gently.
Even though it has an IPX4 certification, the OPPO A95 is not equipped with an additional rubber layer on the bottom port like the Find X2 Pro or Find X3 Pro phones with a higher IP68 certification.
You could say this IPX4 certification makes the OPPO A95 resistant to fresh water splashes but not submerged in water. This device will be safe if it is exposed to drizzle of rain or accidentally spilled water while eating.
Ayu also showed the OPPO A95 screen which has a white litmus seal which will turn red when the device is in contact with water. But if it’s still pink, it means it was splashed with water.
