Meanwhile, Gojek’s Vice President of Corporate Communication Audrey Petriny explained the reason the company changed the incentive scheme so that more partners could enjoy incentives than before.
“One of the reasons for this policy is our findings in the field where we find many partners who do not have the opportunity to get bonuses or incentives,” he told CNNIndonesia.com.
Audrey explained, with the new scheme, incentives can be obtained even if the driver only completes 1 delivery. This is different from the previous where to get the incentive the driver must complete a minimum of 5 deliveries.
“Currently partners must be able to fulfill five deliveries or deliveries in order to get a bonus of Rp. 10 thousand, and the bonus can be obtained if friends take care of themselves. performanceits well, not often cancel order,” he said.
