Dirty underpants and dog drama cause a fight between Jacob and girlfriend

This article contains spoilers from the new episode of The True Jacob.

While Jacob worries about cat Lucky – who is missing – Carla is busy with the B&B, because guests are arriving. According to Carla, how many there are is always a surprise to Jacob. She cleans all the rooms just to be sure, but during her journey she finds something remarkable in one of the rooms: a pair of ‘Jaapie’ underpants, as she calls him.

“Often, when I’ve cleaned a room, he has certain rooms and then he just goes to the toilet. But then I think: sorry, I think there’s a guest coming soon,” she laughs. “This is actually not my job, but I said: I’ll help you so you can save money for the cleaning lady.”

According to Carla, Jacob seems to be unable to do more besides cleaning. Actually, he’s not fit to run a B&B at all, she confesses after Jacob walks in with a guest while she’s still busy making the bed. But ‘that’s Jacob’, according to Carla. “Then he goes to that other room. If it hadn’t been made up, he would say: she still wants that room. And then Carla has to come and prepare the other one.”

But there appear to be even more irritations. When Carla refuses to keep her dog Bric separate from the guests – who also have a dog – she clashes with Jacob. “My dog comes first,” she declares firmly. Then she accuses him of liking the guests and that is why she can’t be there. “Don’t be so difficult Jacob. You have a relationship with me, then you discuss with me how things are going with that dog and you don’t.” The bickering continues for a while, even in front of the newly arrived guests.

Whether it will be okay remains to be seen, because in next week’s preview we hear Carla ask Jacob if he’s finally breaking up with her…

The True Jacob can be seen every Friday at Videoland.
