Hargrave was detained and police spoke to the two victims, who told officers that Hargrave had called them “dirty bitches.” One of the victims added that Hargrave raised his hand and showed them the Taser while they were about 15 feet away.
The victims said the altercation between the two groups began in the Black Lives Matter Plaza area.
According to the police report, Hargrave was not using the weapon to defend himself but to intimidate people.
Hargrave was brought two counts of assault in the incident.
