On July 14, director Steven Soderbergh, best known for Ocean’s Eleven and its sequels, suddenly announced his next series, which was called Command Z.

It will be a sci-fi comedy set in a post-apocalyptic future. The plot of the show tells about time travelers who, using a device in the form of a washing machine, travel to the year 2023 in order to change key events that led to unfavorable living conditions. In order to fulfill the goal, the main characters have to “hack” the brains of people from the past, and in their role to influence certain actions of other personalities.

The main roles in the series were played by Michael Cera, Roy Wood Jr., Chloe Radcliffe, Liev Schreiber and other actors.

It is not known how many episodes Command Z will consist of, but they will be released on July 17 exclusively on Extension 765, owned by the cinematographer’s production company. On it also you can see the debut trailer for the show, which is not yet on YouTube.
